Wheelo - Terms and Conditions Agreement.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wheelo software ("Software"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement ("Agreement"). Users enter their personal information, contact information and payment details to agree on a 7 day free trial. At the end of the 7 day trial, they will be billed monthly or annually for the plan they chose unless user cancels.

2. User Responsibilities

All business decisions and actions made using the Software are the sole responsibility of the user. Wheelo shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the user's decisions or actions.

2.2 Compliance with Laws:

The user is responsible for ensuring that their use of the Software complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations. Wheelo does not assume any responsibility for legal compliance related to the user's business activities.

3. Use of Company Information3.1 Promotional Use:

The user agrees to allow Wheelo to use their company's name, image, or likeness for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, Wheelo's website and marketing materials.

4. Billing and Cancellation4.1 Payment Options:

Users have the option to pay for the Software on a monthly or annual basis. Rates may change based on what is displayed at checkout.

4.2 Billing Notice:

The user must provide a 60-day notice to Wheelo if they wish to prevent billing for the upcoming billing cycle. Failure to do so will result in charges for the subsequent cycle.

4.3 Additional Rates:

Additional rates may apply for email, text usage, additional services, or artificial intelligence tools.

4.4 Cancellation:

To cancel, users must reach out to

team@wheelo.io or cancel inside their account in their business settings.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership:

All intellectual property contained within the Software, including but not limited to, software code, design, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of Wheelo.

5.2 Restrictions:

The user agrees not to use any information obtained from the Software to develop or enhance any software programs that are similar to or compete with Wheelo. The user also agrees not to share, sell, or transfer any intellectual property rights to third parties.

6. Additional Protections and Standard Sections

6.1 Disclaimer of Warranty:

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6.2 Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Wheelo be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Software.

6.3 Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

6.4 Modification of Terms:

Wheelo reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
